POPULAR QUESTIONS
If the lights are blinking, this means either:
- the integrated pressure switch is open or
- the circulation pump thermal cut-off is tripped.
The first is best fixed by checking for clogged filters. The switch will reset itself when water flows through it.
For the second, you’ll have to turn it off and on again. Disconnect your spa and let it cool down completely. The circulation pump thermal cut-off resets itself when it cools down.
Please call us for a service if this happens very often!
No, unfortunately we are not all qualified electricians. We are, however, able to get all the parts required and recommend a good local technician.
We will ask to see the Part-P certification of any electrical work done on your hot tub or spa. This is required by law for your safety.
You could get away with our annual service, but we recommend getting our monthly maintenance plan to avoid paying much more money in repairs later down the line. Those little “quirks” in your spa’s jets or lights are actually symptoms of something wrong inside – don’t let it develop!
Regular spa maintenance keeps your hot tub clean and clear of debris and tested for dangerous changes in conditions.
No we have invested heavily in stock if we don’t have the part in stock or is a licensed part we will owe you the t.o.s so if we have been on site for 30mins and have to order part for your tub when we come back if we fit the part within the time left there is no charge. Anything over the first hour will charged as time on site to the closest half hour
